This plot opted to use our range of 110mm underground drainage pipes & fittings as well as a selection of Polystorm Soakaway Crates and Utility Ducting for their installation in Hoo, Kent. A soakaway was required to work in conjunction with swales in order to manage the disposal of stormwater for the showhomes of this 50-plot site.

The crate system provides a practical solution for stormwater on this site, sized based on a percolation test carried out along with allowances for global warming and based on a storm event stipulated by building control.
