DELIVERY OF COPPA GUTTA PRODUCTS

PLEASE NOTE - Coppa Gutta products are made to order so lead times can vary. Due to demand, we are currently seeing increases in lead times. 

As a guide, orders with lengths may take anywhere between 10 - 20 working days. Orders for fittings on average are taking 5 - 10 working days.

All Copper and Zinc Gutter products orders that exclude lengths will incur a one-off charge of £15 + VAT.*

All Copper Roofline, Roof Ridges, Copper and Zinc Gutter products orders that include lengths will incur a one-off charge of £70 + VAT.*

*Only on deliveries that are not to the Scottish Highlands or Islands, these locations will incur extra charges. If you have any questions regarding delivery then please give us a call.

RETURNS OF COPPA GUTTA PRODUCTS

Please find below details of our return policy along with a collection quotation.

• Only products in as new condition that can be restocked will be refunded.
• There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned items, applicable to all business and returns after 14 days
• Deductions may apply if the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
• Customers can send items back to Coppa Gutta/Good Directions using any courier or the Post Office.
• All returns must be suitably packed for a safe return.
• Returns address is – Good Directions Ltd, Time House, Hillsons Road, Botley, Southampton, SO30 2DY.
• If a collection is required, Good Directions will arrange but collection costs and restocking fees are incurred.
