Q. Are your products covered by a guarantee?

A. Yes. All of our products are manufactured to exacting standards, and most are either BBA accredited or made to the relevant British or European Standard. We will be happy to provide details of the manufacturers guarantee on any specific product or range on application.

 

Q. I have never ordered from you before. How can I be sure that I am buying quality goods?

A. All of our PVC Gutter and UPVC Fascia is made by FloPlast, the UK market leader. Our Cast Iron and Steel Gutters are made by well-known brands such as Hargreaves and Galeco. Our business is reliant upon our good reputation, which has been built on supplying quality products over a number of years. Please feel free to contact us if you would like further details of any products, or if you would like to know more about us.  
 

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. Although we do not specify a minimum order, certain delivery charges may apply, please see Our Delivery Service page for more details.

 

Q. Is it safe to use a credit card when ordering online?

A. Yes. We use Adyen, a well known, secure system for online ordering that is used worldwide. We will never pass on any of your personal details to any outside agency. In addition to this we hold a Certificate of Compliance from the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI DSS) .

Q. When will I receive my delivery?

A. If you order before 12pm between Monday and Thursday, you should receive your delivery on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on the Tuesday. Your order will be delivered by a carrier, which means that we cannot specify a time of delivery. For Cast Iron, Steel and Aluminium deliveries please allow an extra 48 hours. Delivery to non-industrial Scotland can sometimes take longer depending upon the exact location.
 

Q. Will I need to sign for my delivery?

A. All deliveries should be signed for - if a signature cannot be obtained we will try to leave the goods in a safe location but we cannot be held responsible for shortages or damages where goods have not been signed for. 
 

Q. What if I have made a mistake with my order?

A. If you have made an error with your order and your goods have already been dispatched, you can arrange to return the goods for a full refund of the cost of goods returned provided they arrive back to us in their original condition. Please note that for all types of metal gutter systems we do need to charge a 25% re-stocking charge. For non-stock items that have been ordered specially for you we may need to raise a re-stocking charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the carriage cost incurred in returning any unwanted goods to our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
