Square Steel Gutter - 125mm Black

Our 125mm steel square gutter in black is manufactured by Galeco, Europe's leading manufacturer in steel guttering systems. This new system offers an efficient solution to transporting rainwater on domestic properties of all sizes as well as an attractive contemporary appearance. Here at GutterSupplies, we are the only UK supplier of Galeco guttering!

The range contains all of the components you will need for a complete rainwater system from fascia brackets to unions. We even stock rafter brackets that are made from the exact same colour of steel as the rest of the products in the range to create a more seamless and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Like our PVC systems, this square steel system has a simple installation process, requiring no specialist tools and only one or two people. Our range also contains steel gutter glue to make your joints as strong as possible and our installation guide provides instructions on where to use it.

The square steel union (expansion joint) is the only component which features a seal and should be used to join gutter lengths together. Alternatively, our steel gutter glue can be used to join lengths directly ensuring that there is a 7cm overlap. The length of one glued section of the gutter should be no longer than 12m. If a longer section needs to be installed, then a union must be used.

No other components such as corners or stop ends have a seal and should, therefore, be mounted directly with the gutter using steel glue. Apply two strips of glue on the inner surface of the corner. Then, press the glued area and bend the mounting plate. Finally, make a tight joint with glue on the edge of the gutter installed inside the corner.
